This afternoon, I had the privilege of moderating the Pre-AGM Briefing of CapitaLand Ascott Trust (CLAS), an event thoughtfully organised by the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) [SIAS].

Ms Teo’s ability to navigate a diverse range of questions from the audience with composure and clarity truly stood out. Her responses not only reflected deep insight into CLAS’s performance and strategy but also reinforced confidence in its leadership and direction.
