I am a corporate finance lawyer with over 30 years of legal experience. I am an Advocate & Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Solicitor of England & Wales. I am currently a Director of Legal Solutions LLC (in joint law venture with Kennedys), heading the Singapore corporate practice of Legal Solutions.

Previously, I was a Senior Partner at Shook Lin & Bok for 21 years and a Global Equity Partner at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher for 7 years. I also serve as Head of Legal Affairs at the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) and sit on the Appeal Advisory Committees of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

My practice focuses on international M&A, capital markets, private equity, ESG, regulatory compliance, and white-collar crime.
