I am a corporate finance lawyer and an Advocate & Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Singapore. I am also a Solicitor of England & Wales. I have been in legal practice for more than 30 years.

• Global Equity Partner with an international law firm, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, for 7 years.
• I am presently heading the Singapore corporate practice in a global law firm, Kennedys, as an equity partner and concurrently practicing as an equity partner in the Singapore joint law venture, Kennedys Legal Solutions.

I am the Head of Legal Affairs of the Securities Investors Association (Singapore). I am also presently a member of the Appeal Advisory Committees of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

My core practice areas are in International Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Private Equity, Environmental Social Governance, Securities Regulatory Compliance, and White Collar Crime Investigations.

I have considerable experience in wealth management, advising family offices, and advising multi-national clients in the digital space involving crypto investments, FinTech, and licensing compliance in Singapore.
