Dialogue Session with Security Holders on the Proposed Divestment of Citadines Central Shinjuku, Tokyo

CapitaLand Ascott Trust (“CLAS”) held a dialogue session this afternoon with its stapled security holders to discuss the proposed divestment of Citadines Central Shinjuku, Tokyo. The session was helmed by Ms Serena Teo (Chief Executive Officer of the Managers), together with Ms Kang Siew Fong (Chief Financial Officer) and Mr Lai Dongliang (Head, Investment & Asset Management).

During the session, Ms Teo delivered a clear and comprehensive presentation on the key facts, figures, and strategic considerations relating to the proposed divestment. The engaging presentation was followed by a robust Q&A segment, where Ms Teo, Ms Kang, and Mr Lai addressed a wide range of questions from the audience with confidence and clarity.
