I was heartened to see a full house turnout at the investors’ rights seminar this morning (22 July 2023, Saturday).

Many thanks to the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) for inviting me to give a talk at the event on takeovers and mergers, privatisations, delistings and exit offers, a topical subject that is close to the hearts of many retail investors.
