I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Singapore Academy of Law for the opportunity to participate in the panel discussions at the JLP Corporate Taster Module (Deal Structuring). It was an honor to engage in thoughtful dialogue with esteemed colleagues, including Dr. Andrew Godwin, Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne, and Ms. Jacqueline Chan, Partner at Milbank. The experience was both intellectually stimulating and professionally rewarding, as we explored the complexities and nuances of deal structuring in today’s evolving legal landscape.

The event brought together a diverse group of legal professionals, including lawyers from both local and international law firms, as well as in-house legal counsels. This blend of perspectives enriched our discussions, allowing for a robust exchange of ideas and insights. It was particularly gratifying to witness the high level of engagement and interest from the attendees, who contributed to a dynamic and interactive session.
